How Does the It Works Fat Fighter Work?

When is the best time to take It Works Fat Fighter?

One to two Fat Fighters should be taken 15 minutes to 1 hour after eating your two largest meals of the day or after snacks with a higher fat content. Maximum of 4 Fat fighters per day.

Can I take It Works Fat Fighter before I eat?

No, Fat Fighter is designed to be taken after a meal (or snack) to be able to bind to a portion of the ingested fat as it starts to break down in the stomach.

Can I take them with other supplements or medications?

Because of its binding properties, Fat Fighter should not be taken at the same time as other supplements or medications. Allow one to two hours to pass between taking Fat Fighter and using other supplements or medications.

Let’s talk budgeting! 💵📩📫📝

Dont be afraid, I’ll give you some easy tips to help you stay on track. 📑The key is to keep it simple and find what works for you so it doesn’t feel like such a chore. 😄

We all love Dave Ramsey, so I have included his 7 steps to success below. 😊

💡 Some more things you can incorporate into your budgeting routine are:

• Leave your debit card & credit cards at home to avoid unnecessary purchases. Use your weekly allowance for these things.

• Take that daily coffee budget (or whatever your jam is) and put it in a jar so you can see how much money goes toward that in a week and decide if it could be better used for something else. If not, use your allowance for this.

• Plan monthly meals on a whiteboard calendar kept in the kitchen that way you can plan your shopping lists and not waste food. You’ll be surprised how many recipes use similar ingredients!

• Give yourself a weekly shopping budget and stick to it. If after a couple weeks you can tweak it to be less or more, go ahead and do that.

• Give yourself and your spouse a weekly allowance, in cash.

• If your bills exceed your income, find a way to bring in some extra money in your spare time. I have some easy ideas for you if that’s what you need.

• Use the cash envelope system to hold yourself accountable. This really works!

• Budget using a free online tool such as Clear Check Book or Mint to log expenses, transactions, budgets, etc. Mint will even remind you of due dates!

• Invest using an easy tool like Stash.

• Refinance your car for a lower payment.

• Shop around for cheaper car insurance.

• If you’re a business owner, file your expense receipts in a 12 pocket file, organized by month.

• If you are in debt, cut up your credit cards and pay the maximum amount you are able to each month. You could even call your credit card company to see if you qualify for a lower APR!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Soo, no surprise – I was craving a pumpkin spice latte today. So I grabbed my keys and my purse and was on a mission to go to Starbucks and get one! Then I realized…I can just make one! So I whipped a little something up and it is so delicious I just HAD to share it with you! I made a low fat, low sugar version, but I included different options below. Enjoy 🙂

Ingredients & Recipe

2 cups unsweetened almond milk. Plain or vanilla
*(Any fat level; can use dairy, non-dairy, soy, etc. If you use vanilla, you can omit                    vanilla extract)
2 tablespoons organic pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning (You can also make your own. See recipe below)
Whipped cream (optional)
Sugar, stevia, splenda, etc. to taste
*I used 1 packet of stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1.) In a medium saucepan, simmer milk for about 3-5 minutes until you start to see bubbles around the edge of the pan.
2.) Whisk in pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener of your choice.
3.) Continue to simmer for a few minutes, until evenly mixed and warm.
4.) Split into 2 mugs, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy!

Homemade pumpkin pie spice recipe:

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice
1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves
